This explains what Snakebird collects through snakebird.gt, why, and who sees it. If anything here is unclear, email hello@snakebird.gt and we will answer directly, not with a form letter.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (if you give it), and whatever you write in the message field.
Like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this for security and to keep the site running, not to build a profile of you.
This site sets no cookies. Your language is part of the address (/es for Spanish), so there's nothing to remember.
What we don't collect
We don't run analytics or advertising scripts on this site: no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no third-party trackers. We don't use cookies for tracking or marketing, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, and to operate and secure the site. That's the whole list.
Who we share it with
Resend, to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox, and Vercel, to host the site. Both process data on our behalf under their own security practices; neither uses it for their own purposes.
We don't share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions as long as needed to respond and for our own business records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
Email hello@snakebird.gt any time to ask what we have on file for you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll honor reasonable requests regardless of where you're writing from.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses, not children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in any way that matters, we'll update the date at the top.
